Quality Assurance Testing
We conduct a variety of tests during the design stage to ensure the manufacturability of a part. The amount and types of testing are dependent on the part itself and on customer requirements. These tests include, but are not limited to:

Quality Assurance Methodology
Manar performs visual and dimensional checks at production start-up and every two hours during the manufacturing run. Box audits are also conducted, with a target of zero defects.
